Catbird Cottage is an intimate bed & breakfast in the Hudson Valley, created to celebrate great and small moments: at the table, on the hillside, and via the sanctuary of the master suite. A foodie and naturalist's destination, every overnight stay includes a beautifully crafted breakfast. 3 - or 4 - course seasonal dinners can be added to any night, or reserved as standalone experiences. Most of what reaches the plate begins a just few steps away — in the kitchen gardens, or foraged from the woods and fields beyond them.
